1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Event Print Designer’s services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Event Print Designer.

2. License and Access

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-assignable, non-transferable license to access and use our platform. We retain all intellectual property rights in our platform, technology, and services.

Account Responsibilities: You must maintain accurate account information and protect your login credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your negligence.

3. Permitted Uses

You may use our services to:

• Browse and explore our platform features
• Create an account and manage your profile
• Design and process custom prints
• Host events and photo galleries
• Process payments for print orders
• Communicate with our support team

4. Prohibited Uses

You may NOT:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access our services
• Commercially reuse our content without explicit permission
• Create derivative works based on our platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Upload defamatory, obscene, or illegal content

5. User Content and Licenses

You retain ownership of all photos, designs, and content you upload to our platform (“User Content”). However, by submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to:

• Store and process your content to provide our services
• Display your content in event galleries as you configure
• Print and deliver your designs as ordered
• Use aggregated, anonymized data for analytics and improvement

Content Standards: Your User Content must not be defamatory, obscene, harassing, or infringe on third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these standards.

6. AI-Generated Content

If you use our AI-powered design features, you agree that:

• You will not misrepresent the origin of AI-generated content
• You will not remove artificial generation indicators where required
• You will not use AI outputs to compete with our services
• AI-generated content is provided “as is” without warranties

7. Event Gallery Storage

Event galleries and associated photos remain accessible for a period of two (2) years from the event date. After this period, gallery data may be deleted or anonymized. You are responsible for downloading and backing up any photos you wish to keep beyond this period.

8. Biometric Data Processing

If you enable facial recognition features, biometric data (facial markers) will be collected and processed to identify individuals in photos. This data is retained during the gallery storage period and then securely deleted or anonymized. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

9. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed securely through our payment providers. By placing an order, you agree to pay all applicable fees and charges. Refund policies:

• Digital-only orders such as AI Credits are non-refundable once delivered
• Pro-rated subscription orders are refunded when upgrading to a higher plan
• Refunds due to failure of service must be submitted within 30 days of order
• We reserve the right to refuse refunds for user error or misuse

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages
• We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service
• We are not responsible for third-party content or services
• You use our services at your own risk

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Event Print Designer from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend or terminate services for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

13. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity. You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination, your access rights cease immediately.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through our platform. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of your jurisdiction, as applicable. You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
